Honda CR-V FAQs
Does the 2021 Honda CR-V have a lot of cargo space?
Yes! The Honda CR-V boasts some of the most cargo space in the compact SUV category. There are 39.2 cubic feet of storage space behind the second row of seats. This is enough room for plenty of storage boxes, traveling gear, or groceries! Additionally, you can fold the back seat down to open up a total of 75.8 cubic feet of space. That storage area is similar to or better than the maximum capacity of many midsize SUVs.
How many people can fit in the Honda CR-V?
The Honda CR-V is considered a small SUV, but it proves to use its space well. Able to seat five passengers, it provides a comfortable, roomy ride. The two front seats have high comfortability ratings and provide plenty of room for day-to-day travel or a longer trip beyond Wilmington. With more than 40 inches of legroom, the second row gives even tall riders ample space to extend their legs. But if that seems too small or large, check out what some of the other Honda SUVs have to offer and find the SUV that’s right for you.
Honda CR-V vs. Toyota RAV4
From comfort to technology, find out how the 2021 Honda CR-V tops the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Compact SUV. Advantages
RDM – The Road Departure Mitigation System can provide steering assistance and braking when crossing detected lane lines without signaling, for peace of mind that the RAV4 doesn’t offer.
Road Departure Mitigation only alerts drivers when lane drift is detected without a turn signal in use and can apply mild steering torque to assist driver in maintaining proper lane position and/or brake pressure to slow the vehicle’s departure from a detected lane. RDM may not detect all lane markings or lane departures; accuracy will vary based on weather, speed and road condition. System operation affected by extreme interior heat. Driver remains responsible for safely operating vehicle and avoiding collisions.
Comfort – Select CR-V trim levels come standard with the leather-trimmed seats. Toyota only offers a faux-leather option on some of their pricier trim levels.
Capacity – Select CR-V trim levels invite you to stretch out and settle in with 4 cubic feet more passenger space than comparable RAV4 models, offering a more comfortable and spacious cabin.
Cargo Volume – Honda’s CR-V offers a greater max cargo volume than the RAV4, meaning you’ll have more space for all you carry along items.
Convenience – The CR-V and RAV4 have keyless access, but on the CR-V EX has standard Walk Away Auto Lock ®. Who doesn’t prefer the convenience of never having to worry about locking up?
